ABOUT Us

The Women’s Board was founded in 1969 to render services to Aultman Hospital in the areas of community relations and fundraising. Since their inception, the Women’s Board has raised close to $30 million to support major projects at Aultman Hospital such as the Emergency/Trauma Center, NICU, Dialysis Center, Pediatric Services, Aultman College, Compassionate Care Center, The Shoppes at Aultman, Xenex Germ Zapping Robots, the Orthopaedic Unit Modernization, the “50 for 50” project – a total of 50 smaller hospital projects, and most recently, the Timken Family Cancer Center.

As we embark on our 53rd year, we have worked closely with the clinical team at Aultman to identify the highest priority needs at this time. We are excited to announce, The Women’s Board of Aultman Hospital has pledged to raise $3 million for surgical suite enhancements, including equipment and services that will benefit patients and their overall experience. All proceeds from the 2023 Angel Auction, will benefit this new project.
